Bartender

The Position:

Tail Feathers at Hawk’s View Golf Club, located 5 miles North of downtown Lake Geneva, WI, is hiring Bartenders on a part-time/full-time, and seasonal availability.

We host numerous banquets, social events, golf events, and a weekly Fish Fry (open year-round). Golf season will be starting soon as the weather improves. Our Friday Fish Fry is also open year-round and is consistently full each Friday. This position is semi-seasonal as golf starts in Spring and ends in late Fall.

Hawk’s View is known for its amazing Fish Fry and was voted “Favorite” Fish Fry in the “2022 Best of Geneva Lake” edition. Our Fish Fry is open year-round and is so busy that reservations are strongly recommended. A typical shift in the course comes in various waves based on how many are on the course and when. Plus golf outings with luncheons require someone that’s quick on their feet and can adapt to those various waves of food requests.

Must be able to:

• Work a busy restaurant for two or more meal periods (breakfast weekends only, lunch and dinner weekdays and weekends)
• Deliver and present food in an appetizing manner
• Work within established guidelines and standards
• Fast learner or experience with Point of Sale Systems
• Being a team player is a must

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: State Minimum wage $8.75/hr with Tips. Actual pay can range from $15/hr to $20+/hr
