Thank you for your interest in Hawk’s View Golf Club. We receive a large number of donation requests for a large number of worthy causes. We review our donation requests on the first Thursday of every month. Therefore, we suggest that you submit information for a request at least six weeks in advance of the scheduled event date.
The following information is required to submit a donation request:
Name of the Scheduled Event
Date of the Scheduled Event
Flyer/Marketing Materials Used for the Event
All donation requests are approved or denied based on Hawk’s View Golf Club’s discretion. We will notify you by the second Tuesday of the month if you have submitted a Donation Request during the previous cycle. To help us manage this process we respectfully ask that all donations be submitted using this system.
