Omelet Station:
Fresh Eggs, Egg Whites, Diced Ham, Shrimp, Onions, Tomatoes, Sliced Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Fresh Spinach, Shredded Cheese, & Jalapenos.

Breakfast Line:
Sausage Links, Bacon, French Toast with strawberry sauce, apricot preserve, whipped cream, maple syrup, and butter.

Carving Station:
Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb, Au Jus and horseradish Sauce, Mushrooms, Mint Demi & Mint Jelly.

Seafood Station:
Whole Smoked Salmon with lemon tarragon yogurt, Cocktail Rye, Shrimp with cocktail Sauce and lemon wedges.

Buffet Line:
Assorted Muffins. Danish, Assorted Cheeses, Vegetable Trays, Mixed Fresh Fruit, Broccoli and Raisin Salad, Tossed Salad with dressing selection, and Hard Boiled Eggs.

Hot Buffet Line:
Corn O’Brien, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Chicken Provencal, Baked Cod with lemon caper cream.

Dessert Station:
