Traditional full-service pampering for all you guests.  Select from one of our specially designed entree selections.

Your guests tables will be set with floor length white linens and white napkin fold.  Accessory tables will be clothed in white linens with white skirting.

Fresh warm breads with whipped honey butter

Chef's spring mix salad with cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrots, fresh berries, red onion, and seasoned croutons,

finished with honey pineapple vinaigrette

Coffee served after entree service

Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin

Grilled center cut choice Angus beef filet

Finished with green peppercorn sauce

Accompanied with baked potato

and sautéed green beans and julienne red peppers

 

Slow roasted Prime Ribeye

Queen cut ribeye, with au-jus, sauteed mushrooms

Accompanied with garlic roasted Yukon gold potatoes,

and sautéed green beans and julienne red peppers

 

ROASTED APPLE PORK LOIN

Center cut fresh pork loin, stuffed with diced apples, dried cranberries, and homemade croutons, finished with apple bourbon demi glaze. 

Accompanied with Lyonnaise Yukon gold potatoes,

and sautéed green beans and julienne red peppers

 

Vegetable Rotolo

Ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses blended with fresh vegetables and rolled in rainbow pasta sheets, finished with Pomodoro sauce.  Accompanied sautéed green beans and julienne red peppers

CHICKEN FLORENTINE  

Fresh breast of chicken stuffed with seasoned spinach and Swiss Cheese, finished with pernod sauce,

Accompanied with wild rice,

sautéed julienne vegetables

Fresh breast of chicken filled with proscuitto and Swiss cheese,

finished with white cream sauce.

Accompanied with oven roasted red potatoes

PECAN WALLEYE FILLET

Baked 8 ounce walleye fillet finished with a roasted pecan sauce. Accompanied with parsley boiled red potaotes and julienne yellow squash

Tender 4 ounce filet and crabmeat stuffed jumbo shrimp, finished with ginger lime oil.  Accompanied with oven roasted

Yukon gold potatoes and sauteed fresh vegetables
