Banquet Policies & Rentals

Payments

A deposit of $500.00 is due upon the signing of the contract. The estimated contract balance is due on or before the conclusion of your function. Any additions will be invoiced and due within 20 days of the received invoice.

Minimum Guarantees

A minimum guarantee or guest count is due 10 days prior to your event or arrival. A minimum golf guarantee is due 72 Hours prior to your golf event. If no guarantee is received, then the estimated number on your contract or Banquet Event Order (BEO) will become your guarantee. You will be charged for the actual number of guests in attendance above and beyond the guarantee, whichever amount is greater. No decreases or deletions may be made after this date, however additions may be accepted.

Cancellations

If a confirmed function/event is canceled prior to 6 months from the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded in full; less than 6 months from your scheduled date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Menu Selections

Due to Health Department regulations, no outside food or beverage may be brought into Hawk's View and no leftover food may be removed from the property or the event. All food is to be contracted with Hawk's View Catering and prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to event. Our Event Coordinator will gladly assist with any food and beverage needs you may have. Menu buffet selections have a 35 person minimum.

Beverage Selections

All beverages are contracted with Hawk's View. We offer on course beverages, private cocktail bars, public bar and grille, dinner wines and non-alcoholic selections.

Service Charge/Gratuity

A standard 18% Service Charge will be applied to all Food and Beverage contracted with Hawk's View. Sales tax of 5.5% is applied to all charges including service charge as is stated by Wisconsin state law.

Room Availability

Your contracted function space will be available on the day of your event. If an earlier time is needed, it must be pre approved through our Event Coordinator.

Room Rental

A room rental fee is accessed for the banquet space. This fee includes all tables, chairs, up to four (4) display tables with cloths and skirting, and set up and tear down of the room.

Decorations

Decorations may be brought in, subject to approval. Staples, tacks and nails are not permitted in walls, tables and any wood area. Duct tape is not to be utilized. Candles must be contained and limited to a maximum of 100.

Entertainment

All entertainment must conclude at midnight the day of the scheduled function.
